It can be hard reaching out for support when someone is struggling. I believe in early intervention for optimal mental health and quality of life. Personally, KidsHelpLine has helped me tremendously in my journey to recovery. They are Australia’s only free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.

10% of sales will be donated to KidsHelpLine, as a thank you for their amazing services and also for them to be able to continue doing the wonderful job they are doing.

Donations directly to KidsHelpLine are also accepted, either through the donation link on my website or directly through their website.
